Have questions before getting started? We’ve gathered answers to the most common inquiries about our counselling services, fees, and booking process.
Your first session is an intake and orientation, providing an opportunity to meet your therapist, review consent and confidentiality, and discuss your reasons for seeking support. You will share relevant personal history, begin identifying therapy goals and preferences, and complete a brief symptom check. The session concludes with feedback, a summary, and scheduling of future appointments to ensure a clear, collaborative path forward.
Yes, PPC Therapy Group offers video sessions through the Jane platform which is compliant with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Yes. PPC Therapy Group offers direct billing to select insurance providers, though not all practitioners are registered with every insurer. If direct billing is unavailable, a receipt will be provided so you can submit it for reimbursement. We recommend confirming coverage and therapist eligibility with your insurer before your appointment.
Session fees range from $150-$175 for individual sessions and $150-$185 for couple and family sessions. Sessions range from 50-60 minutes depending on the therapist.
No GST or additional taxes apply. If a third party—such as a parent, spouse, or friend—is covering the cost, written authorization is required to release appointment details for clients aged 15 and older.
Yes. PPC Therapy is located at 1118 College Drive, Saskatoon, at the corner of College Drive and University Drive. Six mid-sized parking stalls are available at the rear of the building (facing west toward University Drive) on a first-come, first-served basis.
Access the lot via the alley from Munroe Avenue or Elliott Street. If the lot is full or you have a larger vehicle, two-hour street parking is available on McKinnon Avenue and the west side of University Drive.
Our counselling agency proudly serves clients across Treaty 6 Territory, including, Saskatoon, Warman, Martensville and surrounding areas.
We also provide remote sessions for clients all across Saskatchewan, so you can access quality therapy no matter where you are.
