Andrea is a Canadian Certified Counsellor who holds Master’s degrees in both Counselling and Education. Andrea is especially passionate about supporting teens and young adults through what can be a challenging stage of life, full of transitions! She strives to create a warm, safe space where you can reflect on your experiences, explore your strengths, and deepen your understanding of yourself. Andrea approaches each person she meets with genuine compassion, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard.

Her practice is grounded in person-centred, solution-focused, and narrative approaches. Beyond journeying with teens and young adults, Andrea collaborates with individuals and couples of all ages in working toward meaningful change. Whether you are looking to improve a relationship, clarify your values, adapt to change, or manage stress, Andrea is ready to help you navigate these challenges. She provides a culturally responsive and affirming space that validates unique lived experiences. With a background in education and dispute resolution, Andrea is well situated to help with a variety of concerns.

Outside the counselling setting, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, watching her boys play sports, and exploring thrift stores.
