General Manager. (she/her)
Our General Manager, Ruth Rousell answered her first phone call for PPC in April, 1986. Yes. 1986. 39+ years ago. This was a real feat, since she’s only 35 years old.
Given her years with PPC, Ruth is the one who has created all of the forms, templates, signs, protocols and anything else we need from scratch, or tweaks things when they need updating. Her knowledge of all things EFAP is extensive and she keeps our bills paid and administrative tasks on schedule. Providing top-notch customer service is very important to her. This means she will also swoop in when Reception is busy and help answer phones, rebook clients, take payments or whatever else is needed.
Outside of the office, Ruth enjoys time spent visiting or doing puzzles with friends, over-planning events, or relaxing at the cabin on Christopher Lake. Most of all, she cherishes any time she can spend surrounded by her husband of 40 years, her two grown sons, their beautiful partners and of course, the grand dogs.
