Children (5+) and Youth Therapy in Saskatoon

How We Work

Child and youth therapy provides a supportive space for young people to express themselves, build coping skills and work through emotional, social or behavioural challenges.

It also involves parents and caregivers, helping them understand and support their child’s needs, reinforce healthy strategies at home and actively participate in fostering their child’s growth and well-being.

What to Expect in Your First Session

Initial Session

Your first counselling session is about understanding your goals and creating a plan together. We’ll discuss what’s been happening, what support looks like for you, and what change feels realistic.

For children and youth under 15, the initial session is for parents or caregivers only. If applicable, a joint custody form must be completed before the child’s first session.

Sessions range from $150–$175 and are 50-60 minutes in length depending on the therapist.
