For New Clients
Your first appointment can be booked through the office or online. If you are unsure which therapist to see or have questions about EFAPs or insurance coverage, please call the office and our administration team will be happy to assist you.
Once booked, initial paperwork will be available for you to fill out prior to your appointment through the Jane booking system.

Prefer to meet online? We offer video appointments through the Jane
platform. There’s no app to download and no account to set up—you’ll receive a secure email link to join your session.
We offer video sessions on the Jane platform which is compliant with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

If your session is not covered by an EFAP, payment is due at each appointment. Direct billing for insurance is available for some providers. Please see administration for more information.
Contactless payment through the Jane app or by e-transfer to Office@peopleproblems.ca is preferred. Credit/debit can be processed at reception.
As always, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This helps your therapist manage their schedule and prevents a missed-appointment fee.
If you’re a returning client who hasn’t been seen in more than a year, or if any of your information has changed, new paperwork may be required. These forms are included with your booking confirmation or appointment reminder, so everything you need will arrive right in your inbox.
