Couples Therapy in Saskatoon

How We Work

Couples therapy provides a supportive space for partners to strengthen their relationship, improve communication and resolve conflict in a healthy constructive way.

Using evidence-based approaches like those developed by the Gottman’s Institute, therapy helps couples build trust, deepen emotional connection and develop practical tools to navigate challenges.

Whether you are seeking to repair your relationship or enhance intimacy and understanding, couples therapy offers guidance tailored to your unique partnership.

What to Expect in Your First Session

Initial Session

Your first counselling session is about understanding your goals and creating a plan together. We’ll discuss what’s been happening, what support looks like for you, and what change feels realistic.

Sessions range from $150–$185 and are 50-60 minutes in length depending on the therapist.

Accessibility and Coverage

We understand that therapy is an investment in your well-being. Sessions may be covered under your health benefit plan or insurance provider. If needed, we also offer flexible waitlist management for clients requiring urgent support.

*Please confirm with your insurance provider that you are scheduling your session with a clinician covered by your plan.*

Our mental health professionals use evidence-based approaches tailored to your goals.
