Individual therapy provides a safe and confidential space to explore, understand and work through your thoughts, emotions and challenges.
It helps you manage stress, anxiety and life changes while building self awareness, resilience, and strategies to create lasting personal growth.
Your first counselling session is about understanding your goals and creating a plan together. We’ll discuss what’s been happening, what support looks like for you, and what change feels realistic.
Sessions range from $150–$175 and are 50-60 minutes in length depending on the therapist.
We understand that therapy is an investment in your well-being. Sessions may be covered under your health benefit plan or insurance provider. If needed, we also offer flexible waitlist management for clients requiring urgent support.
