Angie Wiebe

M.Ed. Registered Psychologist #898. (she/her)

Hi, This is Angie,

Reaching out for counselling isn’t easy — and if you’re here, it probably means you’ve already taken a really brave step. Angie wants you to know that when you work together, you’ll be met with warmth, compassion, and respect. Her role is to create a safe space where you can show up just as you are, without fear of judgment.

She believes you are the expert of your own life, carrying with you the experiences, memories, and beliefs that have shaped you – some that support you and some that weigh you down. Counselling offers the space to sort through what you’ve been carrying, uncovering what still serves you, and consider what you may be ready to set down.

Angie works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, family violence, trauma (specifically sexual assault and childhood sexual abuse), self-esteem, self-harm, and relationship challenges. Her approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from practices like CBT, solution-focused, narrative therapy, and strength-based therapy. But more than any technique, what matters most is finding what feels right and helpful for you.

At the heart of it all, Angie’s hope is that you’ll leave your sessions feeling supported, understood, seen, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.
