IN PERSON PROTOCOLS:
All of our therapists offer in-person sessions as well as remote (video or telephone depending on their comfort level and your preference).
– Masks are appreciated and encouraged in our common areas.
– Please do not arrive early or come to the door when you arrive. Our doors are locked. Call or text our designated Appointment Arrival line at 306-370-6677 from the parking lot and we will advise when your therapist is ready, and what door your therapist will meet you at (back, side or front).
-Our waiting room is not available. Guests accompanying clients or clients arriving early will be unable to wait inside.
-You will be asked to read and answer health screening questions each time you come in.
-Washrooms are for emergency use only.
– If your sessions are not funded by an EFAP, please pay at each session. Contactless payment is available by E-transfer to email@example.com is preferred. Credit/debit can be received at Reception.
As always, please give 24+ hours’ notice of cancellation as a courtesy to your therapist, and to avoid a missed appointment fee.
PAPERWORK: If you have not completed paperwork, OR if any of the information has changed, OR if you have not been a client at PPC for 12+ months, paperwork will be required. This paperwork should come as an attachment with your booking confirmation or appointment reminder(s).
