If you have extended health benefits it is possible that some portion of the services we provide can be directly billed to your provider or will be partially or fully reimbursable if you pay personally.
Not all insurance policies cover services with any Registered therapist. Many plans are specific about therapist credentialing. Check with your insurance provider to determine if the therapist you are seeing qualifies under your specific policy.
In the event that an Employee Assistance Program or direct insurance billing is not available, sessions are payable by E-Transfer, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Cheque or Cash.
