Favourite Quote:
“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity … Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage.  Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.” – Brené Brown

I have worked in counselling and human services for over seven years with a wide variety of clients. In my therapeutic work, I strive to combine a relational, client-centered counselling style with evidence-based therapy techniques in every session. My hope is that I can provide you with a safe, casual time and space to process your thoughts and feelings while also connecting you with theories and interventions from the psychological science that research have shown to be helpful. I draw from several models of counselling, but I specialize in Schema Therapy which targets life-long destructive patterns and helps clients overcome these “lifetraps.”
