It is within our connections with others that we experience our deepest challenges and our greatest joy. From a place of compassion, I bring intuition, skill and kindness to my counselling relationships.

My approach is to use a blend of insights from Western and Eastern thought. I support people to clarify and understand, with self-compassion and mindfulness, the issues that contribute to their suffering; inviting them to move towards a more inspired life.
