Our Office

The owners, staff and counsellors at PPC are pleased to welcome all our clients, old and new to our beautiful building on the corner of College Drive and University Drive.

This building’s colorful history and stunning architecture have deemed it eligible to received heritage funding from two significant sources.  The City of Saskatoon recommended our office (AKA “The Bottomley House” for the MUNICIPAL HERITAGE DESIGNATION.  As well, the SASKATCHEWAN HERITAGE FOUNDATION has awarded the Bottomley House with a Heritage Conservation Grant.  Saskatchewan Lotteries and SASKCULTURE are sources of funding for this grant.

Built in 1912 by Yorkshire merchant Richard Bottomley, this house is one of the most unique buildings in the University area.  Bottomley dealt heavily in real estate, and at one point owned the block of land from Clarence to Cumberland, and College to Osler.  He did not market this land until into 1913, and most developments did not begin until into the 1920’s, leaving his house isolated for nearly a decade.  All renovations have been completed with the building’s colorful history and distinctive character in mind.

The owners of this property extend thanks and much appreciation for the support received in restoring their heritage building, and hope this location will reflect the professional and unsurpassable services we have provided the city of Saskatoon for over 30 years.
