Lisa supports teens 16 years of age and up, adults, and couples in navigating a wide variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, family dynamics, and trauma. Whether you’re going through a difficult life transition or seeking to deepen your self-awareness, Lisa is committed to walking alongside you in that process.
Outside of her work with clients, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her spouse and two children, diving into juicy mystery novels, binge-watching reality TV, and planning her next travel adventure around the world.
