MA, B.Ed. Canadian Certified Counsellor #11260447. (she/her)
Hayley views the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative process that supports individuals in enhancing their quality of life while deepening their understanding of their experiences.
Hayley is committed to meeting each person where they are, creating an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. She offers a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their unfiltered thoughts, emotions, and beliefs with curiosity.
Hayley works primarily with adults and children aged 9 and up. Hayley supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions, and offers care for partners seeking support alongside these experiences. With women, her practice focuses on areas including chronic stress, emotional regulation, perfectionism, and life transitions. She has a particular interest in women’s mental health, offering support for infertility, perinatal loss, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), and identity changes in motherhood. In her work with children, she draws on her background as a teacher to thoughtfully support concerns such as bullying, learning difficulties, ADHD, and autism.
Using an integrative, person-centered approach, Hayley primarily draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating grief, adjusting to a new chapter, or seeking a deeper sense of balance and clarity, Hayley provides a supportive space to help you move forward with intention and care.
Outside of her clinical work, Hayley often has two books on the go. She also values movement, nature, and reflection.
Hayley is available for a free 15-minute phone consultation. Call our office to book your consultation and find out if she’s the right fit for you.
